Disney now has a channel that showcases a lot of their new materials for animation, and even has some really funny sitcoms specifically targeted for teens. Disney channel is really safe for your kids since they are watching child friendly shows that won’t influence your child badly. They even have something for grown-ups everyone in a while with movies that you can watch with the whole family. Of course, their flagship Mickey Mouse still makes an appearance in the Disney Channel. It wouldn’t be Disney without Mickey, would it?

Disney has created a lot of the most loved cartoon characters in the world. Aside from the Disney flagship Mickey mouse, there’s also Daffy Duck, Goofy, Daisy Duck, Minnie Mouse, and of course Pluto. These are the original Disney cast. Today, Disney has created a lot of new Disney characters loved be many and they still continue on creating more. Everybody knows the princesses of Disney like Belle, Jasmine, Cinderella, Snow White, and many more. This only proves that Disney is really good in creating a character and giving it life. Not only that, the movie Lion King had a great musical score and soundtrack as well. There are a lot more films that Disney made with such wonderful music. A film distributor saw the film and contacted Walt to create Alice Comedies. After that the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio was made. But it wasn’t until the creation of Mickey Mouse that started it all. Mickey Mouse is also one of the all-time favorite animated characters in the world. Since then, Disney has created a number of animations that have touched a number of people. Disney Studios is already one of the best–known and largest studios in Hollywood.

The Creation of the Walt Disney Company

According to Wikipedia, the Walt Disney Company or commonly known as Disney, is an American multinational diversified mass media company located at the Walt Disney Studio Burbank, California.   It was founded by the Disney brothers, Walt and Roy in 1923.  Walter Elias or Walt Disney created a short film entitled “Alice’s Wonderland” featuring a child actress interacting with animated characters.   A film distributor named Margaret J. Winkler contacted Walt to distribute a whole series of Alice Comedies based on Walt’s creation of Alice’s Wonderland.  Walt and his brother, Roy, moved to Los Angeles to officially start the business in Robert Disney’s (Walt’s uncle) garage, marking the beginning of the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio.
